One of the things I've learned in my recovery is that I always have choices, even if it is a change in attitude. My thinking used to be so black and white and that caused me a great amount of unhappiness.

I have no clue what your bills and your living arrangements are but if you really think your job is your problem, then start brainstorming what you can do not to return, and maybe not work at all or take a part-time, less stressful job until Dec. For example -

- debt consolidation loan with small payments
- rent a room from a relative (that may be a stretch but ... just throwing things out there ...) if you live near someone who might go for this
- move to lesser housing if possible
- sell a car if possible and walk
- minimize electronics, at least temporarily
- any number of other things that might minimize your financial load and maximize your opportunities for less stress and more freedom

Then ...

- write down some things you might actually like to do - dog walker, sit with an elderly person, volunteer somewhere you like to be, etc etc etc

Get your pencil out and make your own lists. Don't let life control you ... you control it.
Thanks for this!
