I'm not anti meds for everyone mind you, but I have such trouble swallowing pills I would like some ideas on ways to help without pills. I have tried exersizing, meditation, yoga, tai chi etc etc. I have found them helpful (exersize being the most helpfu)l but when I'm having particularly hard bouts I don't have the energy or care to do it. I (and maybe others) would like some other tips or ideas on Ways to help.
