Okay for the last couple of months I have been going through a very stressful period and I have been rather depressed and I have turned to comfort eating and it's got rather addictive and repetitive. I turn to food to relieve how bad I am feeling mentally and emotionally. I have troed to stop and go into healthy eating but then suddenly end up back into restricting and cycle just repeats.
I have tried absolutely everything to stop this from happening yet nothing seems to work, please help I don't want end up obese.
