I've had dreams like that. They were so real. It would take a whole day for me to shake it off. Sometimes there were things I couldn't get out of my mind for a long time and had to keep reminding myself that they weren't real. I had to stay on my toes so as not to say the wrong thing when I was with a someone I had dreamed about.

It does leave you unsure and uneasy. I hate having those kind of dreams. Keep working at it, I found they get better. Hope they do for you, too.
