Ed sucks. It's like having another person in your head. At least for me. It is a way I can control something anything. But anyways that's just me.
Being aware that you knocked on the front door will help. Then you can tell when your going to far. Calorie counting and exercise to be healthier is good if it doesn't get out of control.
Do you have anyone who can keep you accountable to keep you from falling into it? Like someone at the gym? Or a therapist?
