Don't think being "smart" will get you denied. You know...it felt nice to hear a Dr tell me I was smart because I feel like such a failure most of the time. But I told my own Pdoc about it and she told me Im smart too! I said I didn't think I was and she said well she is certainly trained enough to make that statement.

And....look into it...Id wager most bipolar people are of high intelligence. Intelligence has NOTHING to do with mental illness to me.
