Yeah, just get some rest and try to relax, its ok, you just had an episode, you will be just fine.

Anxiety is a pain, try to focus your attention on calming, soothing thoughts, and avoid worrying, fearful thoughts for awhile. Worry just makes it worse, no need to get anxious about an anxiety attack.

when you wake up, watch a really funny comedy!
