So you could use 2 or 1 and goal set things that will help you get through your lows.
Another thing you might look into is Biofeedback. It's a relaxation method. I had been breathing wrong my whole life. It teaches you how to breathe right and provides you a way to breath. Great for anxiety! I use it often. Having a hard time falling asleep just do the Biofeedback, it will calm you down to a slow and relaxing state. It works! Breathing incorrectly can cause a ton of illnesses. Seriously! Research it, find someone who can do it. My counselor does it.
