Eating well should be a basic life skill.
I do not have a 100% healthy diet but its a hell of a lot better than most out there. I havent found my diet to affect my mood in any way, even when I was being super healthy my moods still fluctuated. But if I was to eat takeaway and processed food for a week, I would be feeling pretty gross. Its not rocket science.
A tip - start in the fresh food section, your trolley will be full of the good stuff before you get to the processed packaged junk.
