I try and eat as healthy as I can. Fruits, vegetables, legumes, tofu, whole grains, Quinoa, some dairy, I try and use unsweetened almond milk as much as possible and no added sugar, as well as no processed foods. I did some research on the best foods to eat with a mood disorder and gear my eating habits toward that.
I also supplement with Omega 3's, Vitamin D3, Valerian root and Chamomile, so far, I should also should look at B vitamins as well. I'll be seeing a naturopath next week so I'm sure this will change.
