Hi everyone,

I am going on my first 14 mile round trip bike ride on my bmx bike on the county road up to the next city north to the pharmacy to pick up some medication.

I am in full blown panic mode as I need to be confident and aware of my surroundings and passing vehicles on the way... I do wear a full face motorcycle helmet but am just worried I won't even enjoy the ride. I'm taking two gatorades with me to hydrate and rest every few miles. I'm in relatively in good shape but take a look at the list of medications and my dx below to see what I'm working against.

Hit me back anybody that bikes or cycles. I'm an 80's/90's old school bmxer so i ride a single speed bmx bike it is the simplest also to fix.
