Calorie-counting for most people,
especially if you've danced along the line of a possible ED, is a
very very dangerous road.
For example: I recovered from an ED three years ago, but my anatomy teacher during our digestive system unit gave us an assignment where we had to count all our calories (and other nutrients too) for a few days. That was enough to make me relapse. Because I got obsessed with how many calories I was eating, even though I was a healthy weight.
If you want to lose weight to be more healthy, then exercise and
make healthy food choices. But do not, I repeat, DO NOT start counting calories.
I'm sorry if it sounded like I was yelling there, I just know how dangerous it is to do that, and how easy it is to become obsessed with it.
I hope you are able to find your niche, my friend. And I sincerely hope it is a healthy one.

Good luck!
