I have had similar feelings, but maybe not as severe as yours. I no longer drive so I rarely go anywhere by myself.
Are you receiving treatment for depression? Have you told your doctor or therapist about this particular problem?

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
