I actually just get a good powder, then blend it up with frozen berries and low fat yoghurt. I use Miada here. but I think that's NZ

Go for a low carb one, or else if you're female you'll undo the good work.

If i'm lazy I"ll buy a packaged drink. EAS or Myoplex are brands I'll get. Making your own with powder is cheaper, though.

They are very very good for you, they'll fill you up and stop you craving later in the day. Some of the flavours are quite yummy and chocolatey etc.

If you don't mind the slightly milk powdery taste protein bars are very good for a mid morning or afternoon snack. Again watch that you're getting something low carb. It can be really deceptive.
