Watch 'fat-free' or 'sugar-free'.
Often products that have these characteristics are worse for you than something that has a straight bit of sugar, cos of the carbs and additive crap that will make you put on weight anyway.
i don't proclaim to be a know it all but I do love my boy's tips ... I definitely have benefited and I am my proper weight if I follow his ideas .. without throwing up to be slim enough.
It's all about what you eat and WHEN you eat it. You don't have to be deprived to have a healthy diet. That chocolate is fine, if it's dark, high cocoa, and you don't eat a bar in one go.
It sounds like i'm trivialising it but i am not. just if you're female - no carbs after 5!!!!!!!!!!
