I've been on several medications for OCD and panic disorder. Clomipramine helped the best, and that is what I'm on now, along with Xanax (generic) for the panic. Paxil also helped me, but I had odd side effects from it. Other meds I've been on include Luvox, Celexa, Pamelor liquid (my very first med, but that was for anxiety only; I hadn't been diagnosed with OCD yet then), Risperdal, and others.
