I was inpatient 4 times in a years time. I was treated fair. If you want to be inpatient tell them you are sucidal as it is a law that they have to hold you cause if they release and you kill yourself they are liable. On a personal note for about the three or for years I have always thought of killing myself they told me I was passive sucidal until a couple of months ago I overdosed on pills and was admitted well I did about two weeks there and got out as soon as I got into my house I overdosed again and back I went for another two week when I left that time my medications started working and I feel great. I would go in if I was you.
