I've had a temper since I came out of the womb. Dunno if it has anything to do with my BP but I'm sure it doesn't help, as my filters go away when I'm manic or mixed. I have rage at times, too---blind rages when I yell and curse and slam doors and break stuff. Medications have helped this a lot; I haven't had a screaming fit in two years. But sometimes meds are the only thing between me and disaster---there've been times when I was so angry I could've killed somebody. I've threatened people with garden tools, baseball bats, even a sword. Thank God it doesn't happen anymore.
