It is possible to rein in the angry outburst... it takes a lot of work but its possible ..
First thing is TELL your husband you dont mean to be snappy and that you are working on it.
Use the 2 breathe rule .. if someone says something and I want to snap I take 2 breathes before I un clench my mouth .. It really works , just takes alot of practise.
There is hope .
