That is not a friendly joke, for one thing. For another, since bipolar is seen by society as a crazy disease, I have not told some of my friends. Some know and some others don't. I picked the ones I wanted to share with because they aren't judgemental. I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this, but it will pass as you learn to accept your DX.
