"worthy" people do have concerns and fears, they just may express them differently. It's easy to be uncomfortable with ourselves and think we are unique to experiencing things because we don't hear what's going on in other peoples' heads…however, you are subjected to your own abusive inner voice. Most people assume that you have everything together anyway.
It does feel like the more you attempt to trick the world into thinking that you are this super-strong person the more self-conscious you become. It uses a lot of energy and just feeds the cycle. It helps to stop making up reasons to not do things, stop with self sabotage and face your fears head on because they will always be there. Nike is right…just DO it.
