I Just started taking a low dose of Neurontin (300mg) once nightly to help me sleep instead of using more benzodiazapine or something else narcotic.
From what I have read Neurontine is not regularily abused nor does it illicit the feelings most addicts are looking for in opiates, benzos, etc.
However, as a recovering person it is worrisome when anyone begins to abuse any medication. It's a definite red flag that something is going on. And none of us know what or how serious the ramifications will be from taking too much Neurontin. Please get help!
