I am grieving over the possibility that I may not get to go on a once in a lifetime river trip because I am sick. The trip is about 3 weeks away, but I have been in this deep depression for 6 weeks now, with no signs of improvement. I do see my psych tomorrow, so I guess there's a slight chance he will add something that will help. But right now, I am feeling like my life is ruined by this damned depression and I see no end in sight.
