I feel so bad for you. I'm going thru a mixed episode right now and am trying to go on medical leave for a few weeks. I was recently stable for about three weeks for the first time in my life, I had never felt better. Then the usual happens again. I always ask myself, even though I know the answer, "why can't we ever be stable?" I have plans for a trip to the Vegas area next year and I am so afraid that my illness will mess it up as well, just like the situation you are in. I just started Latuda and I am hoping this works for me, I am tired of all of this. I hope your pdoc can help you out, and most meds start to work within 3-4 weeks from my experience so then you can go on your trip. I wish you the best of luck.
