I will say this though, my pdoc and therapist were both surprized I WANTED help for my BPD... So atleast that part isn't outdated

The National Institute of Mental Health is an excellent source of info as well. That's my favorite source now, but I think most of what Ms. Lawson wrote about is still relevant now.

Actually, the best thing I read about this weekend was that FINALLY the mental health community is considering changing the name from "borderline". I mean, come on, it's not a very accurate description to begin with and they've been using it for far too long. I guess even well-educated experts can be a little slow sometimes. lol
