This morning I could not get myself out of bed. I fed my corgi and took him outside that was it and back to bed.
By 1pm I finally got out of bed. I ate lunch and cooked dinner today. Went grocery shopping. Cleaned my room. Took a shower finally.
May not seem like much and it was 1pm but I got out of my mind and was able to get some stuff done today. Even though I was really depressed about going back to work next Monday more so terrified I suppose.
Small steps right?
