Hypomania makes you do things like dance in the rain, clean everything that isn't red hot or running for the hills, do a weekend's worth of yard work in four hours, spend money you don't have, talk your co-workers' ears off, stay up all night writing or rearranging the sock drawer, pressure-wash your front porch for hours, throw yourself at your mate for sex (or go out looking for it), drive fast with the stereo turned way up and all the windows down, sing at the top of your lungs whether or not you can actually carry a tune, tap your feet incessantly to nonexistent music.....yeah, that's some of the stuff I've done while hypomanic.
