I've been noticing this more and more since someone called me out on it and now I'm really self concious about it, as I am with everything. I was reading up on it and apparently it happens to people with social anxiety and people with ADHD? I've not been diagnosed with ADHD though, but maybe it could still be that.

Does this happen with anyone else?
this happens to me, with in me the problem is a side effect of my medications...

there are many things that can cause this....

puberty/menopause/medications/ mental problems/physical health problems/lack of sleep/poor nutrition ...

to find out what is causing it with in you, you will need to contact your own treatment providers or a treatment provider in your location.
Thanks for this!
