i would venture to guess it is not being able to deal with your anxiety that is causing you to feel all these other feelings leading to those feelings of being overwhelmed and wanting to burst. it is going to make you feel irritated and stressed and annoyed when you dont know how to cope with it. breathing exercises, relaxation and visualization can be helpful when dealing with anxiety. find yourslef a safe place in your mind to go and relax and be peaceful. take care.
