I'm sorry to hear that you and your friend are having some rough times. Maybe there is stuff going on in her real life? It's happened to me before on Steam, that I've had to remove some people because of... Issues. Anyway, I think you should just give her some alone time. It is a little harder to know peoples feelings over the internet, so maybe something is up with her in real life and she's just not comfortable talking about it right now.
Anyway, I really hope that she comes around and you guys can patch things up. Good luck.
