my mother tongue is not English and I do not get the following.. I would be so relieved if you could help.

short description of my situation:
I was dating a girl, we got emotionally very, very close.. (she said, she really, really liked me, holding hands, very emotional physical contact, I was special to her etc.) and she cheated on me (even though we were not in a relationship, I asked her once but she refused cuz she was "not ready").. I completely shut down.. we didn't have contact for about 2 weeks now and she just sent me this song, telling me this is exactly how she feels right now..

I don't get what the "I got you" means.. and this passage:

Is she implying that I need to chase her right now otherwise she will randomly **** others and change in how she's feeling about me?
I totally don't get it because she HAD my love already, why should I chase her? I'm the one that's pretty much hurt right now :-/

I' be really happy if you could interpret this for me.. because I do not want to ask her, this will enable contact again and if she's really wanting me to chase her now,... no way.
