Hello there BabyG. YES YES YES, I AM from London so that's where we are the same hun so don't worry. I'm going through a community drugs and alcohol programme NOW, so I can help you right through this time which is obviously causing you much anguish. Please do stop stressing over this, it's honestly not anywhere as bad as you think.  I'm 55 years old and this is my second ''go'' round in 4 years, it may or may not be my last one. I say that as I have full blown Borderline Personality Disorder which brings with it some awful symptoms, suicidal depression and severe eating disorders to name a few. I feel good that I've kicked the secret boozing and strong painkiller taking every day, and the amount I was taking everyday was a huge overdose. You'll find help, security and FRIENDS here, this is a wonderful site and has saved my life often. Give us and give the programme a chance. HUGS.
