I had an appt with my tdoc. tonight. my parents pay part of my cost as I have no insurance. they ask for an monthly update as to how things are going. we were going over his letter and I didn't agree with parts of it and felt it was shining a bad light on me. I became withdrawn and the last 30 min of the 45 min I just stared him down and he looked back. he just said its ok I know there's this side too. I would have left if it wasn't out of pocket. then before I left he asks if I'm safe to drive home with other people on the road like I'm a danger to society or something. At the time I was determined not to go back as well as to stop all meds even though I said I would never stop them again. after a few hrs I calmed down and started thinking straight again.
