i hate having to rush into session too! I feel out of whack when that happens.

I take several buses to get to my T and due to the bus schedules, I get there about 20 minutes early and have about a half mile walk past a huge cemetary that's very pretty. lol. It's like a park with great big old trees, well kept up and nicely landscaped, surrounded by medium height hedges. It's nice and I like that walk.

The bus ride is almost 2 hours, then the walk. It is good thinking time.

On my last appointment it must have been Spring break in that location and my T's office associates must have been having a group session of some kind for teens because there was a gaggle and giggle of teen girls in the waiting room. Cute reallly, but kind of shattered my calm and mood and I was pissed even though I got a kick out of their liveliness and giggling and well you know teens and their OMG! stuff. lol

Was glad to retreat into the depths where the quiet comfy room awaited.
