I think what you are feeling is totally normal and quite usual for therapy sessions... and getting through this will help you for the rest of your sessions, imo.

The fear that your T won't like you or think the way YOU think you might be once you share.. is unfounded but common. That's one of the reasons you need a T, to help you see that you are not a monster, that your thoughts might be skewed a bit against you, and to only take ownership of what is truly yours, and not what others have placed upon you.

You don't have to jump in with both feet, but select one thing to share with T. Once you find a good response from him, you will feel more comfortable sharing a little more. The T will model a good example for you, and show you and talk with you about how to accept yourself for who you are now, and not because of what may have happened to you in the past.
