In order to have PTSD you would have had to suffer a traumatic experience so if you have its possible, but it is an anxiety disorder so it can still cause panic and such for no reason sort of like regular generalized anxiety. But yeah I'd certainly suggest talking to the therapist about all of what you said here...I mean in a couple of examples it sounds reasonable to have been afraid, but if you're constantly plauged by worry and fear than its very likely to be an anxiety issue.
