Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to give up smoking. I've been there. Just pick up where you left off and stop again. I did you can.

Try to take on only on problem at a time. Worry about the weight after you quit smoking. Once you quit smoking, your tastes will change, leaving an openning for healthier eating.

Everyone can learn. If you couldn't learn you couldn't have written this post. You just have to find what it is that inspires you, then you will learn.

And start practicing not being so hard on yourself. Don't call yourself negative things. Find the positives. Then you can move forward.
