Hi NoIdeaWhatToDo, I am in a severe depressive episode right now, and my sleep is horrible. For example, last night I only slept from about 9:30 - 2 a.m. Once I woke up at 2:00 a.m. I absolutely could not get back to sleep - - and I take sleep meds! So that's only 4-1/2 hours of sleep! Amazingly, I dn't feel sleepy today. It's not like I'm thinking about anything either that would prevent me from going back to sleep. My body just will not sleep!
Good luck getting improved sleep. I know how awful it is when sleep is not good.
