I do hope that things get better for you. If there is a psychology graduate school in your area, there might be a clinic associated with it where you can get very low-cost, or even free therapy from a graduate student. As for the Rx meds, are generics or samples available to you? When I was first prescribed medication, my MD was very generous with the samples when I informed him that I had no prescription coverage.

The Affordable Care Act had good intentions but I am afraid it has become a disaster. Some doctors won't take Obamacare insurance. Last year I had a good insurance policy, $50.00 copay to see a doctor, prescription drug coverage, good coverage for X-rays, surgery. This year our company gave us insurance that is worthless. No co-pays, no medicine coverage, everything out of pocket, $3000.00 deductible. Some of us tried to see if we could get in a non-employer group to get decent insurance but we found out that could not be done. I have heard of people paying $500.00 to $1000.00 a month for insurance that covers very little. But, we make the best of what we have.
