KC...hope you get at least dome pleasure out of each day. What were some of the things you liked to do when you considered yourself to be positive? Can you enjoy any of those things now? Can you identify anything that triggered your down hill slide? Can you change the way you think or react to negativity? Maybe you can scream into an empty room, or write your feelings in a journey, draw or paint what your emptiness feels like. Choose to read positive things.
