When I was much younger I could not swallow pills at all....I guess it's good that I finally learned how but my Parents had the solution of giving me a couple of m and m's first...so you chew up the m and m's pop the med in your mouth and swallow it all. So now you associate meds with tasty chocolate. It worked pretty well but after a couple of times they had to start giving my little sister an equivalent number of m and m's every time I took meds just so things were fair...I can't say I approved of that solution...
