I've been depressed for a long time. But I'm now starting to feel better, I've started to think about what's good for me and what's not. And I know that I need to change my life style, because I've done everything wrong. I've started to care more about myself instead of only caring about what other people expects from me and thinks about me. So, I want to ask for advice/ideas, only simple advice on how I can make everyday better, something simple that has helped you?
