The one I'm taking is a 10mg tablet labeled Lepax (taken at night). I started out with half the dose (around March 28 this year) and now taking the 10mg of it for over two months already. No side effects nor positive effects that I'm aware of...but like my psychiatrist told me, I wouldn't know if I'd actually be worse without it.

Before Escitalopram, I was on 10mg Fluoxetine. It made me feel better for a week but gave me a stomachache everyday so I stopped it after a few weeks.

So, about the Escitalopram/Lepax, is two months too quick to confirm it's not working or should I wait longer and see?
