OH MY GOD.

I did it. I called and made an appointment this afternoon.
I cannot believe it. My hands are shaking so badly, but I did it.
I kept telling myself that this is not how I want to spend the rest of my life...cycling in and out of normalcy, periods of intense SI...and pretending that's alright.
I know it's not and I feel like such a hypocrit because I encourage so many people to get help.
