Abilify is great for that. I didn't get cramps, get irritated with people etc the whole time I was on abilify...not sure why but it really is nice...but it is an antipsychotic and thus the potential side effects are probably not worth it unless you have another reason to be on it. If you want you can go on depoprovera and have a period quarterly though it's just like birth control but injection...
