Stay Strong ThisWayOut Your doing amazing better then what i can do!! try to write some poetry or go play some sport go to the local shops and see if you run into any friends (worked for me but no friends where out and i don't have many friends) The Crisis line i haven't called but im seconds away from doing it no kidding but if they are helping call them it is they're job!!
