I sometimes forget to shower but mostly I've found a large number of "reasons" not to. I've never known why... It seems so simple... I don't understand it, but I'm glad to see I'm not alone here. I'm at 1-2 showers a week at this point regardless of where I'm at mood wise.

My little sister who is also bipolar will go a week without showering while manic, but showers multiple times a day when depressed.
