I struggle with those same feelings, and I understand that it is because I am insecure, and the only way you'll ever be able to say it is if you come to terms with those feelings, realize that love is a %#@&#! shoot, and that if you're willing to play, you have to be willing to pay. There is a chance, that if you say something like I love you, that not now, since he is saying it, but one day down the line, there may be a break up, and the love you feel now will turn into heartbreak. As long as you are willing to accept that, then you can say those words in full confidence that you mean them, and give this reletionship a real chance.
