I recently read something about it and am very interested in it.
A long time ago I discovered quite by accident in meditation that my eye movements did change things in my brain. Like rolling my eyes upward and back and forth in meditation I get these good tingly little feelings in my prefrontal cortex. I have experimented with it over the years and there is something to it. And why do we have rapid eye movement in our sleep and dreams.
I think there is something to it.
