Yes I've done everything wrong. I've not cared about what I'm eating for example, and just because it didn't make me fat I believed there was nothing to worry about, but now I know I need to eat healthy. I could stay at home for days without doing anything. And I cared a lot about what people expected from me, which made me really stressed. I need advice on anything that's simple but good. Anything that's good for my health. And thanks for all the good advice
